We ship within the USA, to all 50 states, including PO boxes. Free shipping is offered today for orders over 49 USD and for newsletter subscribers; we reserve the right to edit or cease that or any promotion at any time without notice. Products are shipped as they are ready: timeframes can vary product to product; a multiple-item order may be shipped in several shipments.

Who We Are

I'm Lauren, owner of Heal Yes! We are family-owned and ship within all 50 states! Aside from loving in-reach custom jewelry, my family loves to adopt dogs left and right (shelter animals need our help!), raise rabbits, chickens, ducks, guineas, and other animals on our hobby farm. Product Care

Protect your jewelry, pet gear, gemstones, and other Heal Yes! products from friction, scratches, chemicals, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. Avoid swimming with jewelry on. Store in dry, non-humid environment. Wipe with non-abrasive cloth as necessary.




Enjoy a friendly 30-day return option: The policy begins from the date of receiving your goods, not the mere order date – we feel this is fairest to you since shipping times can vary!

Note: Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. 

The following are covered by our FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:

  • We sent the wrong order or item(s); you received a broken item; or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective;
  • an incorrect item was sent or the picture’s appearance is distinctly different from the product photo;
  • product integrity got compromised during processing or shipping: e.g., color chipping; crystal that fell off; etc. (Mishandling of the item on the customer’s end is non-applicable – e.g., water damage; etc. We will exchange the item[s] for the same product or for item[s] or equal or lesser value.)

The following reasons are covered by our LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Personal reasons, e.g., change of mind, personal taste, etc.;
  • the wrong product size/color/etc. was chosen.
  • Note: Personalized items are one-of-a-kind and final sales.

The following reasons are non-applicable to our return policy:

  • Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals; 
  • products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance;
  • the above friendly policies are unmet (e.g., beyond the return window; etc.).

Return Service Procedure:

  • Items that are being returned should be in new condition. Please have them in original packaging.
  • Contact us: or via the contact form to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within approximately 4-14 business days of receipt of your item(s). For returns, note that payment processing is beyond our control and may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout. We refund to the payment used at checkout.


  • Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production; cancellations are unable to happen, although returns and exchanges may occur post-order if you wish.
  • Heal Yes! reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies, please contact us.

Our store is hosted on the securest-of-secure platform with security at the forefront! Our hosting platform is PCI-compliant by default. What does this mean, exactly? Our platform provides a secure shopping experience for our customers by keeping security systems up to date with industry best practices. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard that organizations must adhere to when handling credit card and debit card information. The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council created this standard to protect cardholder data used for online payments. Our hosting platform is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, meeting all six categories of PCI standards: Maintain a secure network; maintain a vulnerability management program; regularly monitor and test networks; protect cardholder data; implement strong access control measures; and maintain an information security policy.

While we ship orders $49+ (USA) for free, get a code for free shipping on any order size by joining our newsletter! We send it only a few times per month and absolutely protect your info!

First, make sure your shipping and billing details--including zip codes--are correct. Double-check all info, including the CVC, too, please! Our system is secure and detail-oriented, requiring no typos. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!

Please note: If you want to pay via credit card and are using AMEX, you have to proceed to PayPal first, and then select the option "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" inside PayPal. If you need help with that, please contact our customer service.



Standard delivery: 7-10 business days processing + standard shipping* While express shipping is not an option due to the custom nature of our products, if you’re entrusting our store to send a gift (yay!), the gift card can be gifted to your giftee asap!

*All shipping times do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end. Our carrier is operating with the utmost caution to protect our customers and the delivery workers. This may add to unavoidable delivery delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Absolutely! We’ll send a tracking number via email when your processing time is complete and the order is shipping out! Please do check your spam folder in case this message lands in there or, if you use gmail, sometimes the promotional folder as well.

With your tracking number you can track your order at the courier used (most often we use USPS. Sometimes, when applicable, DHL.)

You can also send us a quick message and we'll be happy to track it for you.

It’s a fact that most ancillary package inserts get thrown away. We opt for a minimalist approach: Aside from your package and goods, we affix or insert the order information, and that’s it! We do not regularly utilize packaging frill and fill, marketing inserts, or gift-wrap.

In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it, but this may be down to the delivery being marked as complete preemptively by the courier. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft. Check between your front doors and talk to your household members and neighbors. We’ve even hears of couriers sticking it in a plant pot or bush, which is out of our control but perhaps a creative way the courier utilized to try to safeguard the package.

If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. After that step, get in touch via and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package

Naturally, as you’d likely expect, we are unable to re-send orders claimed 'non-received' if they do show up as delivered as verified by tracking.
