SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
At Heal Yes! our standard processing time is approximately 2-9 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors such as supply chain issues, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is processed and shipped, standard domestic shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and other external factors. We primarily use USPS for our shipments, but we reserve the right to utilize other couriers as needed to ensure efficient delivery of your products.
International Shipping
For our Canadian customers, we offer free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the order's weight and destination.
For customers in other international locations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout using our shipping calculator, which provides accurate costs based on your location and order details. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us, as we may be able to make special arrangements for delivery.
Delivery times for international orders can range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. While we provide all necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
Shipping Methods and Order Processing
Heal Yes! partners with reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your wellness products. The specific carrier for your order may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or special promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed via email if there are significant delays in processing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey and anticipate its arrival.
Split Shipments: At our discretion, we may choose to ship items in your order separately, especially but not limited to personalized or custom-made products. In such cases, you may receive your items in multiple packages. We will cover any additional shipping costs associated with split shipments, so there is no added expense to you.
Product Care During Shipping
At Heal Yes! we prioritize the integrity of our products during transit. We carefully package items using tissue paper, bubble wrap, and envelopes or boxes, as deemed appropriate and to our discretion.
While we do not use special insulated packaging, please note that some makeup and/or wellness products, such as but not limited to creams, may experience "sweating," and liquid formulas may require gentle but consistent shaking upon receipt. Rest assured, these conditions do not affect the efficacy of the products. However, we advise against leaving packages or formulas in extreme temperatures, as such conditions can compromise formula integrity. Therefore, please choose your delivery location accordingly.
Address Accuracy and Special Requirements
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please verify that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Heal Yes! cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
We are pleased to inform you that we do ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly. For domestic orders, we request that you reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date. For international orders, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
In addition to reaching out to us, you may also want to contact your local post office or courier for assistance. They may be able to provide information about the status of your package or help you locate it.
If your order includes shipping insurance, this can facilitate the claims process for lost or damaged packages. In such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and documentation, as they may be required for the claims process.

Heal Yes! reserves the right, but is not obligated, to restrict or remove any and all content from a personalized product that we determine, in our sole discretion, to violate these guidelines or applicable law or to be otherwise harmful to us, to other Heal Yes! customers, or to any other person or entity.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
REFUND POLICY
Definitions/Concepts:
Return for Refund: A "return for refund" refers to the process by which a customer returns a product, and upon successful evaluation, a refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange: An "exchange" is the process by which a customer returns a product and, upon successful evaluation, receives a store credit in the form of a discount code that can be used for future purchases on the site. This store credit does not expire and allows the customer to shop again on the site using the provided discount code.
If the customer is not completely satisfied with your order, initiate a return or exchange by emailing hello@livelifepurely.com.
Upon providing you with the return address within the initial 30-day return/exchange period, please ensure the return of your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after this seven-day timeframe will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Shipping Costs
When returning an item for a refund to the original payment method, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you opt for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to dispatch the new item(s) to you.
Processing Time
Upon receiving your package at our facility, there will be a processing period of a few business days (Monday to Friday). In rare cases, this process may take up to 14 days. During this period, our team will verify and account for the items you have returned. Once we receive confirmation from our warehouse, we will contact you via email to acknowledge the receipt of your return and finalize the process.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Within 30 Days of Receipt
The customer may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. To initiate the process, the customer should contact Heal Yes! at hello@livelifepurely.com, and Heal Yes! will provide guidance.
Return Window Extension
After receiving the return address within the initial 30-day period, items must be returned within seven (7) working days. Items returned after this period will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Shipping Responsibility
When returning an item for reimbursement to the payment method used for the order, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipping costs. However, if an exchange is requested, Heal Yes! will cover the shipping expenses for sending the new item(s).
Processing Time
Upon the package's arrival at Heal Yes! facility, processing typically takes a few business days (Monday to Friday). In exceptional cases, this process may extend to up to 14 days. During this period, Heal Yes! staff will inspect and account for the returned items.
Confirmation and Finalization
Once the warehouse confirms receipt of the return, Heal Yes! will contact the customer via email to confirm receipt and finalize the return process.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be full-sized, with at least 90 percent of the product remaining. This measure ensures the policy's integrity and fairness. Items returned broken, defective, or with less than 90 percent remaining will not qualify for a refund. Additionally, please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Warranty Policy
30-Day Warranty Coverage
All items are covered by a 30-day warranty. During this period, customers may request a full refund, replacement, or exchange for their items. If a defective item needs to be returned, Heal Yes! will provide a prepaid shipping label for exchanges or store credit.
Handling of Issues
In the event of a broken item upon delivery, the customer must notify Heal Yes! within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please attach a picture displaying the issue(s) and provide a description for our records.
Missing Item Resolution
If an item is missing from the package, customers should inform Heal Yes! within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Heal Yes! may provide a discount code for the missing item's value (with USA shipping covered) or refund the item's value.
Non-Receipt of Package
If tracking confirms delivery but the customer has not received the package, please contact Heal Yes!. If the package is en route back due to an address error not on our end, Heal Yes! will cover the USA re-shipment (at a rate of 4.99 USD) once per year per customer. Multiple address errors will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Heal Yes! strives to maintain fairness and integrity in its policies. Therefore, if Heal Yes! determines that a customer is taking unfair advantage of its policy provisions, Heal Yes! reserves the right to discontinue this courtesy for that specific customer.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be full-sized, with at least 90 percent of the product remaining. Refunds cannot be honored for items that are broken, defective, or more than 90 percent used. Certain items are considered final sales and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items include the following:
Personalized Products: Any product that has been customized or personalized to your specific requirements.
Sample Sizes: Products offered in sample or trial sizes.
Lab Tests: Products or services related to lab tests or diagnostic services.
Products Marked 'Final Sale': Items specifically labeled as 'final sale' at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Each customer is allowed a maximum of two returns or exchanges per calendar month. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY MEDIATION, AND BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
You and Heal Yes! agree that we will resolve any disputes between us through a mandatory three-step process: (1) informal negotiation, (2) mandatory mediation, and (3) binding arbitration. You and Heal Yes! hereby waive any right to a jury trial or court proceedings for any Claim, except as expressly provided herein.
Informal Negotiation
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact Heal Yes! with a description of your complaint or concern, and allow us 30 days to respond and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Mandatory Mediation
If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute, you and Heal Yes! agree to participate in mandatory mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Mediation Procedures. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
Binding Arbitration
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, all controversies, claims, counterclaims, or other disputes arising between you and Heal Yes! relating to these Terms of Use or the Website (each a "Claim") shall be submitted for binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA Rules"). The arbitration will be heard and determined by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision in any such arbitration will be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that the arbitration will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.
Arbitration Costs: You will be responsible for an initial filing fee of $250, which will be refunded if you prevail in the arbitration. If you demonstrate that the remaining costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Heal Yes! will contribute up to a maximum of $1,000 towards the administrative costs and arbitrator's fees required for the arbitration. The arbitrator may reallocate the costs of arbitration in the final award if they determine that your claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith. In the final award, the arbitrator may apportion the costs of arbitration and the compensation of the arbitrator among the parties in such amounts as the arbitrator deems appropriate, subject to the limitations described in this paragraph.
This agreement to arbitrate does not preclude you or Heal Yes! from seeking action by federal, state, or local government agencies. You and Heal Yes! also have the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court. In addition, you and Heal Yes! retain the right to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for provisional relief, including pre-arbitral attachments or preliminary injunctions, and any such request shall not be deemed incompatible with these Terms of Use, nor a waiver of the right to have disputes submitted to arbitration as provided in these Terms of Use.
Neither you nor Heal Yes! may act as a class representative or private attorney general, nor participate as a member of a class of claimants, with respect to any Claim. Claims may not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis. The arbitrator can decide only your and Heal Yes!'s individual Claims. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.
If any provision of this Section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then that specific provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, but the remainder of this Section shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of this Section of the Terms of Use will be effective or enforceable unless recorded in a writing signed by the party waiving such a right or requirement. Such a waiver shall not waive or affect any other portion of this Terms of Use. This Section of the Terms of Use will survive the termination of your relationship with Heal Yes!.
THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM, THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN DISCOVERY EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN AAA RULES, AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU OR HEAL YES! WOULD HAVE IN COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.
Opt-Out Right: You have the right to opt out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in this Agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to the following address: Heal Yes! 20540 State Highway 46 W Ste 115 # 449, Spring Branch, TX 78070, United States. The notice must be sent within 30 days of your first use of the Heal Yes! service or website, whichever is earlier. If you opt out of the arbitration agreement, Heal Yes! will not be bound by it either.
By using Heal Yes!'s services or website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Heal Yes!'s services or website.
OTHER PROVISIONS
Any action relating to the use of the Website, or any transaction with Heal Yes! must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Spring Branch, Texas. You consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any such action.
